Our story
Zeroe began in 2023 with a specific conviction: that the hardest problem in any large organisation is not gathering data, but turning it into decisions that can be trusted, explained, and repeated.
We started where the problem was sharpest — sustainability — because it forced every hard version of the challenge at once: fragmented data across dozens of systems, context trapped in people's heads, and decisions that had to withstand scrutiny. We built the engine that unifies the facts, captures the reasoning, and encodes how a company decides.
By 2026, that engine runs in production for paying customers. The same core now points at logistics, energy and financial services — the same problem, in new industries.

For most of business history, knowing your industry was the advantage. The people who had seen the most cycles, met the most customers, and made the most calls were the ones you could not replace.
That is changing. A frontier model now knows more about most industries than almost anyone on staff, and it is learning faster every month. Industry knowledge is being commoditised. What remains — what cannot be downloaded — is judgment: how a specific company actually decides, and why.
The trouble is that judgment lives in people's heads and in systems that were never built to capture it. When an experienced person leaves, their judgment leaves with them. When a decision is questioned a year later, the reasoning behind it is gone. That is a fragile way to run something that matters.
We built Zeroe to fix exactly this: a layer that sits above the systems you already run, unifies the facts and the context, and encodes how you decide — so your judgment becomes an asset the business keeps and can scale, with your people today and AI next.
